Exercising is vital to our overall health, and it becomes even more essential when we are facing cancer or managing other major health challenges. Gentle movement strengthens the body, lifts the spirit, and supports healing in ways that truly matter.
This morning, Pink Cap Warriors invites you to join us and Lenora Peterson as she demonstrates Gentle Exercise—simple, low‑impact movements you can do right at home, especially on days when getting to the gym isn’t possible.
These exercises are designed to help you:

Come dressed to exercise, and if you have a resistance band, please bring it with you. Lenora will show how to use it safely and effectively, but you can still participate fully even without one.
