Free Summer Meals starts on Monday, July 21, 2025 at Southern Hills Church of Christ! While the rest of the Abilene Hunger Coalition sponsored sites are set to begin this Friday, July 25th, Southern Hills has offered to start early so come on out for a FREE meal for you and your family from 12:00-1:00pm.

Heat affects everyone, but did you know some medications cause patients to have a higher intolerance to heat?

Be sure to increase hydration and decrease full exposure to sun if your medication is on the list.
