We’re excited to introduce our new Employee Appreciation Program, Tokens of Appreciation!

Each month, residents will recognize staff members who go above and beyond with special tokens that can be redeemed for rewards.

If you'd like to support our staff as well, you can leave them a kind review on our Google page with their name. You can also see Gracie in HR for a "Coronado Star" ticket to submit a positive review for a staff member! Positive feedback from families and loved ones helps boost morale and will also earn staff more tokens! 💙👏

We’re also incredibly thankful for the generous donations from local businesses that have helped us launch this program. Your support means the world to our team and makes it possible to celebrate the hard work and compassion our staff show every day.

Maria Lara, CNA, has been with us for 3 years and 9 months. Her compassion and dedication to our residents shine through every single day—she truly has a heart for caregiving. 💙

We’re also excited to celebrate Melissa Ware, our Director of Rehabilitation. In just 8 months, she’s brought a warm, uplifting presence to our community, and we absolutely love having her on board! 💐
