The past few weeks have been filled with so much laughter, creativity, and holiday cheer, and our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. From Whoville hair, Christmas PJ days, and Grinch Day, to dressing like we work in Santa’s workshop, every moment reminded us how special this community truly is.

We are beyond thankful for our incredible families and friends who make each day meaningful and for allowing us to celebrate this season together through fun activities and shared smiles.

We also want to give a huge thank you to our amazing directors, who went above and beyond to bless our team with so many thoughtful surprises — a cozy coffee bar, lunch at Taqueria Nuestro Mexico, chair massages, Sonic drinks, and the sweetest Secret Santa gifts. These moments meant more than you know. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who made this year possible. We are so grateful for each step we’ve taken together and are incredibly excited to see what the next year holds.

In celebration of Thanksgiving, our office will be closed from Wednesday, November 26th through Friday, November 29th to allow our team time to rest, reflect, and enjoy the holiday with loved ones.

🌟 Meet the Team: Claudia Flournoy – RBT 🌟

It’s Monday, and that means another “Meet the Team” spotlight! This week, we’re excited to introduce Claudia Flournoy, one of our amazing RBTs here at Faithful Steps Therapy Solutions. 💙

Claudia first discovered her love for ABA while working at a learning center in college, where she supported a student with autism. Curious about how to better connect and help, she learned about ABA—and the rest is history!

Now, with 4 months of experience in the field, she says her favorite part is watching kids make progress:
“When a client used their PECS board to communicate for the first time, it was such an exciting moment!”

✨ Fun fact: Claudia’s on a mission to visit all 50 states—she’s made it to 18 so far!
☕ Favorite therapy day snack? Nerd gummy clusters—because sweet + sour = RBT fuel.
🎬 Favorite kids’ movie? Cars (all of them!)
🐾 Favorite way to unwind? Walks with her dog followed by relaxing TV time with her husband.

When asked what Faithful Steps means to her, Claudia said:
“I’ve felt so welcomed here. It’s amazing to work with a team that shares the same compassion and drive.”

And her favorite verse to lean on?
“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.” – Romans 8:18

We’re so thankful for Claudia’s kind heart, big energy, and love for celebrating the little victories. Stay tuned for next week’s spotlight!
