We did blindfold massages last night. It helps the students connect to the body in a whole different way. Love doing these. Hope it helps them understand the body better.

Essential oils don’t just smell nice — they AMPLIFY focus. They invite more of what we’re holding in our awareness. That’s why Gary always said oils should be used wisely… and with intention.
