Willowcreek Rehab and Nursing is a 96-bed premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation care center providing comprehensive inpatient care with a secure female memory care. Located at 4934 South 7th Street in Abilene Texas, Willowcreek's professional and compassionate staff provides around-the-clock nursing care in a comfortable and caring environment. We offer exceptional short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term care. Willowcreek Rehab and Nursing provides the full range of physical, occupational and speech therapies.

We were truly blessed to have Hope for Life Church host a beautiful Resident Christmas Party for our residents. From thoughtful gifts and sweet treats to warm smiles and heartfelt moments, the love and joy shared filled the room and touched so many hearts.
