You’ve heard of the Emmys, but this year Windcrest’s dept head team had the Winnys- each dept head received variations of this prestigious award celebrating the excellence that each team member brings to the table.
Amanda- old faithful award- always dependable, trustworthy, and consistent
Lesley- First Responder award/Code Red Award- always first on the scene and ready to go in times of trouble
Kaylee- Energizer bunny award- tackles tasks with tireless enthusiasm and infectious positivity
Brian- Houdini Award/Jack of all trades- always gets us out of trouble and handles things far outside his department
Jessica- Bubbles Award/ laser focus award- bubbly and enthusiastic personality, zeroed in on the task to be completed
Cheryl- Single file award/champagne award- keeps us all in line, sparkling personality
Sharon- Calmer of storms Award- can diffuse the most tense situations between residents, families and staff, future CEO Award
Andy- Playground award- makes work fun, Carpe Diem award- making the most out of the day
Misty- Janitor award- can fix any problem/ Guru Award- has all the answers
Karen- The Coach Award- pep talk when needed most, listens and gives good advice
Misti- Dewey decimal award- most organized
Mitzi- Busy Bee Award- always going, never at her desk
April- Avenger award- defends her team and rights wrongs as issues arise
Amber- Duct tape award- able to fix almost everything
Brittney- People Whisperer Award- communicates well with staff
