Today is a very thankful Thursday! Here at True North, we are so thankful for our amazing counselors. The journey that our providers have gone on to be able to provide quality counseling services to our clients is honorable and we are so happy they have decided to be at True North with us!

We hope that everyone can stop and take a minute today to be thankful for the journey, even the rocky parts. Even amongst the difficult parts, we can still find glimpses of things to be thankful for!

Good evening and welcome to 2023!
There's been many exciting and new changes that have happened since the start of the New Year and I look forward to growing alongside many others looking to make meaningful changes in their own lives this season.

Firstly, you can now find me alongside my fellow colleagues practicing at True North Counselors here in Abingdon, VA. I plan to continue providing services to those in the state of Virginia and maintain my office here in Washington County for those who want in-person sessions. If you reside outside the area and wish to explore telehealth options I would be more than happy to go over those with you.

Hello and welcome!

I have been working in the mental health services field for over 15 years and I am now available in person or telehealth to provide counseling services for individuals within Virginia.

My specialty areas include traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, anger, and stress. If you want to discuss you needs and see if I am the right fit please don't hesitate to contact me.
