At Deer Meadows, we believe in encouraging activities that bring our residents joy and purpose. Mr. Randolph, a familiar face to our community, has returned to share his lifelong love of gardening. Having learned from his grandparents at a young age, he’s now using that passion to help brighten our garden beds with the support of generous donations. Alongside our garden club, he’s adding new life and color to our courtyard and the front of our beautiful facility. April showers truly do bring May flowers.

Under the direction of Business Office Manager Tate Davis, Kate has been a valued member of our team for many years, beginning in Activities and transitioning to her role as our Receptionist last spring. She brings a warm, bubbly personality to every interaction and plays an important role in ensuring resident safety while greeting every visitor with kindness and respect.

🎉 Happy Long-Term Care Administrator Week! 🎉

A huge shoutout to our incredible Administrator, Steven Jones! 🇺🇸 As a Marine Corps Veteran, Steven leads with teamwork, discipline, and accountability, creating a culture of support, respect, and compassion.

He reminds us every day that we’re not a production line, we are caregivers, community builders, and stewards of someone’s home. ❤️

But Steven also knows how to have fun! From leading a day of music and the Cupid Shuffle, to hosting “Pie the Administrator Day”, and even cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner for his team, he goes above and beyond for both staff and residents.
