Today we lost a great human being! He was the greatest Philadelphia Flyers Goaltender of all time! He came to the gym I worked at and we would have great conversations and he would also let me sit in his seats a few times a year at Flyers games! I am still in shock after hearing your passing but you lived a great life and spread your joy to so many! REST IN PEACE BERNIE PARENT MY FRIEND!

Today is our family dog Sophie's 16th birthday. She is the best dog and loves to eat and she loves when I take her to the park 3 to 4 times a week. Happy Birthday Sophie!

Tomorrow is my client and friend Frankie Delaney birthday! Today we had a awesome workout and for his birthday I got him a necklace just like mine because he deserves it! Happy Birthday Frankie you are the man!

On August 5th, 2005 I was working at Bally Total Fitness in Franklin Mills. I was training alot and saving money for a long vacation. My Birthday was coming up and instead of taking a long vacation with the money I saved I decided to use that money to put a down payment on a new house. I have now lived in the same house in Northeast Philadelphia for 20 years today. I have had some amazing memories here and have to admit buying a house was definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life!

My friend Brian McCloskey and I stopped down to see Joey Merlino and S***f at Joey's new cheesesteak place in South Philadelphia! Joey even remembered meeting me at the Airport in February!

2 years ago one of my clients and more important friends passed away! I can't believe it's been 2 years already and not a day goes by where I don't think about how great of a friend you were to me! I miss Lenny and I know I'm not the only one that does! Wish he was still here he made my day better when we trained and he became like a brother to me! Miss you buddy I know you are in heaven dancing!
