At Jefferson Frankford Hospital, we’re finding new ways to support the well-being of our nurses. 💙

Our Art for Self-Care program, led by Art Therapist Alex Lee from Jefferson Moss-Magee Rehabilitation, gives staff on 5 East and 4 West the chance to step away, slow down, and recharge through art and creativity. 🎨✨

This program is proudly funded through the Program for Nurse Well-Being at our legacy JNE hospital sites.

We are pleased to offer this service, which offers critical, compassionate care to individuals in our community who are ready to take the first step toward recovery. By bringing this service to Frankford, we’re removing barriers to access—ensuring that when someone is ready to seek help, that help is close by, and it’s grounded in both empathy and clinical excellence.

💙 Well-being was in full swing at Jefferson Bucks Hospital! 💙

Last night’s Nurse Well-Being tabling event brought three incredible resources together in one place — EAP because your mental health matters, RISE Program offering peer support when you need it most, and the Nurse Well-Being Program caring for the caregivers.

The event was open to all shifts, ensuring every team member had the chance to connect with resources and support that fit their needs.

From self-care tips to stress-busting ideas to conversations filled with laughter, it was an evening dedicated to caring for those who care for others. 💙
