Last night, Jefferson Frankford Hospital hosted a Winter Well-being Table, bringing together the Nurse Well-being Program, EAP (Employee Assistance Program), and RISE (Resilience in Stressful Events) teams for an evening focused on connection and support. 🎄

Colleagues stopped by throughout the night to say hello, learn more from the teams, and spend a few moments together on campus. A special thank you to Santa and his elf, Phoebe from the Pet Therapy Program, for stopping by and adding a fun, seasonal touch to the evening. 💙🐾

Jefferson Torresdale Hospital officially opened its new, state-of-the-art Interventional Radiology Suite — a major advancement for patient care in Northeast Philadelphia. 🎉

Last night, leaders, clinicians, and staff came together to celebrate the official opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking an exciting milestone for the hospital and the incredible team who brought this vision to life.

The newly enhanced suite spans more than 4,000 square feet and includes six prep and recovery bays, two enhanced sterile procedure suites, an ultrasound procedure room, and a dedicated consultation room — all designed to streamline care and elevate the patient experience.

Equipped with the most advanced imaging technology, the suite enables clearer and more precise diagnostics while minimizing radiation exposure. Its unique design also combines both angiography and CT capabilities in a single room, allowing patients to complete their entire procedure in one seamless space.

Jefferson Torresdale Hospital is among the first in the Philadelphia region to offer this level of innovation in an interventional radiology setting. We’re proud of our team for their dedication and teamwork in bringing this cutting-edge space to life — and we’re excited to begin caring for patients in the new suite. 💙

This past week, our nurse well-being therapy dogs brought extra joy across the North Region — just in time for Thanksgiving. 🧡🐾

Toga celebrated his 6th birthday with our Jefferson Frankford nurses, Fergus spent the day lifting spirits at Jefferson Bucks, and Scotty proudly sported his best Thanksgiving sweater at Jefferson Torresdale.

🌱 Thank you for a great season!

The Garden of Giving wrapped up another successful harvest, producing more than 1,500 pounds of fresh vegetables to help combat food insecurity in our community.

A huge thank-you to our volunteers and supporters — your hard work and dedication helped nourish local families and strengthen our community. We’re grateful for an incredible season and look forward to growing even more together next year! 🌿
