🧠 The MIND Diet targets the health of the aging brain by combining the Mediterranean and DASH diets which can help support brain health. It emphasizes leafy greens, berries, whole grains, and healthy fats, while limiting red meat, sugar, and fried foods. Small changes can make a big difference for cognitive wellness!
⚠️ Health Reminder: Always consult your doctor before starting any new diet or making significant changes to your nutrition. Your healthcare provider can help ensure it’s safe and right for you.

Did you know ANA offers in-house infusion services? 💉
Our expert nursing team provides high-quality neurologic infusion care in a safe, welcoming setting. Reach out to ANA to see if our infusion services are right for you.

Infusion therapy can provide faster relief and more personalized treatment, but patients should be aware of trendy treatments that aren’t backed up with science.

Ugh, I know 😭 tough year for the Birds. 🦅

Which team will you be rooting for?

ANA is team Seahawks! — fun energy, exciting to watch, and we’ve got a soft spot for teams that bring a little chaos. The Patriots have that “been there, done that” vibe.

That said… we'll still be rooting emotionally for the Eagles from the couch. Always. 💚

Our Story

We have been a member of the Abington community for more than 53 years now. The practice was started in 1966 by Dr. Albert D. Wagman, who partnered with Dr. B. Franklin Diamond to create Abington Neurological Associates (ANA), the Abington Stroke Center, and the Sleep Disorders Center. Since those early years, ANA has grown into one of the largest private neurology practices in Montgomery and Bucks County. If you need to make an appointment, please call us at 215-957-9250.

Since our research center opened in 2009, we have conducted over 70 clinical trials with the help of more than 350 participants. This work is more important than ever: for example, 280,000 Pennsylvanians have Alzheimer’s, and this number is projected to rise to 320,000 by 2025. Clinical trials provide a path to treatments for this disease. Please contact our Clinical Trials Research Office if you are interested in learning more information about any of the trials that we offer at (215) 957-9250.
