Fun Fact Friday!
Fact vs. Fiction Edition
“Something has to be wrong for you to go to therapy.”
Definitely fiction!!
Therapy is a space for support, growth, and getting to know yourself better.
People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons including, navigating life transitions, improving relationships, managing stress, building coping skills or simply having a space that’s theirs to process what’s coming up.
In therapy, you can begin to:
• understand your triggers
• explore how your past informs your present
• notice how emotions show up in your body
You don’t have to wait until something feels “wrong” to seek support.
