I am back from vacation and have returned all texts, calls, and emails. If by chance I missed you somehow, please reach out.

Also, Kacy will be back from maternity leave starting Feb 24th. Her time is limited as she has transitioned into her most important role as a mother 💗 If you would like to get on her schedule again, please send us a message and we would be happy to send you available appointment times.

Hello 👋 all! We have some new followers and clients. It's been a while since we have updated on what we really do here at Healing Harmonies, so here we go!

We have three massage therapists who can help get you back on track and feeling your best! Each therapist is different, but we all have the same end result and goal. Having a variety of therapists is so beneficial! Massage therapy is more than just relaxation—it helps reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, and improve overall well-being. Our team provides individualized massage treatments, and each session is customized to your needs. We offer a wide range of services and modalities that we are highly educated, trained, and licensed in. We offer manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), craniosacral therapy (CST), therapeutic or deep tissue, sports massage, pre- and postnatal, and palliative care. Your body works hard. Massage therapy helps it recover, realign, and function at its best.

At Healing Harmonies, we specialize in therapeutic medical massage. The goals of a medical massage treatment are to help reduce stress, relieve chronic pain, injuries, muscle dysfunction, and improve mobility. The treatments also include reducing swelling, muscle spasms/cramps, as well as improving range of motion and the ability to perform daily activities pain-free without overcompensating.

Your tailored treatment may include a variety of techniques, including Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), active release technique, mechanical vibration/percussion therapy, and cupping. We also use Neuromuscular Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, Myofascial Release, Scar tissue realignment and mobilization, Stretching and strengthening. We are also trained and certified to use hot bamboo—a great tool that is added to a session if the need is present.

Common conditions treated here at Healing Harmonies include:

Back pain
Neck pain
Frozen shoulder
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Sciatic nerve pain/piriformis syndrome
Hip and Knee pain
Pain associated with scoliosis
TMJ pain
Other soft tissue overuse injuries

We then empower you to take control of your recovery through education. Understanding the cause of the injury is crucial if you want to recover and remain injury- and pain-free.
