👋Hello! It's been a while since I've introduced myself here! My name is Jayna and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor providing virtual counseling services to Montana and Florida. Some fun things I've been up to in 2026:

✨Continuing education on trauma and EMDR Therapy
✨Enjoying early spring here in Montana with LOTS of outside time
✨Working towards my reading goal for 2026 (15/24 so far!)
✨Learning the sport of rock climbing

I am so excited to share that I am now EMDR Certified and honored to provide this efficient and evidenced-based model to my community.
