                                            LET LOVE GROW WITH YOU!
Take each day as it comes with gratitude and thanks. Our health and mental attitude has a lot to do with how we react and spend our days. If we are in a state of gratitude and thanks we tend to feel happy and able to pass that joy and love to others that we encounter each day. Love is our greatest gift we can share with the world!  
But what happens when we are at a stage in our lives when we don’t have the love and joy in our lives. It’s hard, if not almost impossible to share something we are lacking. If we don’t have something ourselves then we can’t share it, right? Sometimes we need to step back, think, work on ourselves, learn and grow.  Then we can really let the hard work pay off by SHARING OUR LOVE AND JOY with our loved ones, our friends and even the fellow traveler on our journey, known as life. We first must learn how to have the daily joy and love in our hearts to share with all that are around us.
Take time for yourself. Try to think daily of what you are grateful for and give thanks for that. Even better, start writing down 3 things you are thankful for each day. Being thankful puts us in a better state of mind and it has been proven to have positive health effects. Practicing gratitude can lead to better relationships, increased motivation, less depression, and better overall mental well-being.
You can also sit down in peace and quiet daily, and meditate and pray on ways to have your joy and love return or maybe enter your heart for the first time. We all need to pause and reflect on ways to grow in love. Take walks in nature and be guided by the spirit inside of you.  Pick up a new hobby like painting, reading or journaling.  Do something you feel you maybe, being called to do. Sometimes, people don’t realize what is truly in their hearts and in our fast pace world we need to get away from the noise and the screens to find what we are longing for in life.
So, let’s get growing, because no matter where we are in our lives, we all can still grow, change and be a better version of ourselves with each new day. Once we feel happier and have joy and love in our daily lives, we tend to pass it on to those around us. After all, the world needs some change, so continue or start today to work towards that change we all want to see in the world around us!
