We have news! Today, we will be introducing you to TWO brand new team members!

First, we have Gwen Shive! Starting in September, we will have Gwen leading mindful movement yoga on Tuesday’s at 1. Here’s a bit more about it:

💜Mindful movement eases you in with a calming warm-up before moving into standing poses focusing on balance, strength, and presence. The pace is slow and intentional, helping you stay centered. Toward the end, we will return to the mat for a soothing finish that leaves you refreshed and relaxed.

Mindful movement is a great option for anyone who needs a slower and relaxed pace!

One year of wellness! This Saturday, we are having our one year celebration! From corn hole to giveaways, we are excited to celebrate with everyone!
