Here are your Saturday morning plans for Dec 6! 🗓️🧘‍♀️

Same as usual, except just ONE time slot this time!

➡️Saturday, December 6, Liz & Gwen will be leading a morning session 10:30-11:45!
➡️$30 per person
**only 5 spaces available per session due to props needed for restorative yoga, so pre-payment is required to hold an individuals space!

This 75-minute specialty class is designed to restore, realign, & relax. Gwen will lead us into a time of restorative yoga, which is a mindful practice that slows down, softens, & reconnects. This gentle practice uses props to fully support your body in relaxing poses—helping you release tension, calm your mind, & reset your nervous system. No experience is needed. Just come as you are ♥️

While you hold the sequence of restorative poses, Liz will offer Reiki energy balancing techniques & Chakra realignment to each individual present. Reiki is a non-invasive energy healing technique used to realign your body’s energy centers & to aid in the dismissing of any emotional blockages, bringing the body into a state of deep healing & relaxation. 💆‍♀️

This special combination of physical & emotional movement will leave you feeling refreshed & renewed! We hope you join us for what is sure to be a beautiful class!
