When an injury occurs, our bodies instinctively tighten the surrounding muscles to support the injured area. This muscle spasm restricts blood flow, causing more pain which leads to more spasms.

What is a 1 hour Full Body Massage?

Swedish Massage Applications are applied to the back, neck, shoulders, arms, legs and feet. Draping is used for privacy and comfort. Soft music is played and the massage table is mildly heated to help relax the muscles.

Sciatic nerve impingement is one of the leading causes of low back pain. Pain often radiates through the buttocks and down the outer part of the leg. Massage applications and stretching can help alleviate or minimize the pain. Lawn care season is upon us. Raking and weeding can quickly aggravate the Sciatic nerve. Muscles get inflamed from overuse causing compression on the nerve. Treatment of this condition is one of my specialties.
