Lots of activities to share!! We did some scrapbooking and held a classic balloon ball game. Rick and Deb Schult came to help with hymn sing along, with our very own pianist, Marlene Oelmann. A special thank you goes out to Carlene Bergeson and her piano students who hosted a piano recital at The Village! They were excellent!

Happy New Year from The Village! We toasted the New Year at 4pm, which incidentally was the new year in Athens, Greece. 😁So much fun with food, drinks and New Years resolutions! Blessings in 2026! 🎉🥂

Thank you to Activities Director Lisa Ubben and her family for hand-delivering the Adopt-a-Resident gifts! Everyone loved getting these special presents! The Christmas spirit was alive and well at The Village of Ackley this weekend! 🎄✨
Thank you to everyone in the community who came out for the Tree Walk—we loved seeing the halls filled with friends, neighbors, and families enjoying the festive displays.
We had over 35 trees throughout the building this year! A big heartfelt thank you to all the groups, businesses, and families who chose to decorate a tree and share their creativity with our residents and guests.

These elves are busy, busy decorating The Village! Please be sure to come to The Village Tree Walk on Sunday, 2-4pm to see their work and the 34 other BEAUTIFULLY decorated trees. It's going to be SPECTACULAR!
