If you have any questions or need a prescription refill, please contact us at 505-552-5394 or email pharmacydept@haakuhealth.org and leave a message. Our voicemail and email are being monitored.

Appointments
Any appointments scheduled for Friday, February 13, 2026, will need to be rescheduled. Our Haak’u Health Center team will contact you directly to move your appointment to a new date as needed.

PRC Referrals
This outage does not prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. While our office is closed, please call the PRC at 505‑552‑5343 and leave a detailed message that includes your appointment date and time.

If your medical facility is requesting a referral, please contact the PRC Supervisor directly at 505‑697‑8763, and a referral will be sent on your behalf.

Due to a water outage in the area, Haak’u Health Center will be temporarily closed beginning Wednesday, February 11, 2026. We hope to reopen by Friday, February 13, 2026 while the Pueblo of Acoma Utility Department works to restore service.
