Early in March 2021 my mother suddenly became very anxious and afraid to be alone. Within a few days she was unwilling to stay alone in her apartment. I lived with her but also had to go to work regularly. I called her primary care physician Dr. Roach, and I believe it was an associate of Dr. Roach, Jamie Dunbar, who recommended Prime Home Care. Prime was able to send caregivers immediately, and the owner Pauline personally cared for my mom initially. My mom’s psychological condition deteriorated rapidly and she had to be hospitalized for a month and later spent a month in a rehab center. When she returned home, Prime Home Care was ready, and the familiar faces were comforting to my mom. My mom’s health and ability to care for herself declined significantly in the next two months. The caregivers were entirely prepared for every challenge and remained friendly and cheerful and caring throughout difficult circumstances. Within two months it became clear that mom’s time was short, and she began to receive home hospice care with visiting nurses. Prime effortlessly coordinated with the home hospice care. They were with me to the end, and at the funeral as well. I could not ask for better care.
