Sometimes people are hesitant to start utilizing an assistive device because they do not want to grow dependent upon it. BUT……what if instead of minimizing where we go and what we do, we added an assistive device to maintain mobility and access to all the things we love? Sometimes adding an assistive device can IMPROVE our mobility as we age because our fear of falling cannot get the better of us. Accessibility to home, nature, and community MATTERS.
