Let’s talk about all the ways our pelvic floors (and our education around them) have been betrayed 👇

✨ Sucking in all the time like it’s a personality trait
✨ Birthing on your back with your feet in stirrups
✨ KY Jelly (there are way better l***s out there!)
✨ The infamous “husband stitch” 😑
✨ “Wait… men have pelvic floors?”
✨ Running or jumping before 12 weeks postpartum
✨ Shame around women’s sexual pleasure
✨ Peeing “just in case”
✨ Using birth control or hysterectomies as a cure-all
✨ Bladder sling surgeries with no pelvic floor rehab
✨ “Just do more kegels” (spoiler: not always the answer)
✨ Bounce-back culture for moms

Your pelvic floor deserves truth, care, and proper rehabilitation — not betrayal. 💪💗

So many of us were never taught what real pelvic health looks like. It’s time to change that conversation — one honest post at a time.
