🎶 Music truly does lift the spirit!
Our residents absolutely loved having the Rusty Strings Quartet perform today! Their timeless tunes filled the community with smiles, toe-tapping, and even a few sing-alongs.

It’s amazing how music can bring back memories and create new moments of joy. Thank you to the Rusty Strings Quartet for sharing your talent and lighting up our afternoon!

🚗 A Trip Down Memory Lane at The Oaks at Acworth! 🚗

Today’s Car Show Extravaganza was filled with chrome, classics, and cherished memories. You should have heard our residents picking out “their new car” — each one sparking stories of first dates, family road trips, and Sunday drives down winding Georgia roads.

From muscle cars to vintage beauties, every vehicle brought back a piece of the past — and plenty of smiles in the present.

A huge thank you to all our car owners, vendors, and community partners who made the day so special. Events like these remind us that it’s not just about the cars — it’s about the connections, conversations, and joy that come with them. ❤️

🎶 Our Horizons Community had an absolute blast with Daniel Brown from Tapestry Hospice! We played Guess That Tune and it wasn’t long before the music had everyone up and moving. 💃🕺 Even Daniel couldn’t resist joining in on the dancing!

We are so grateful for our amazing partners who bring joy, energy, and connection into our community. Thank you, Daniel, for making the day so bright for our residents!

From classic cars to muscle cars and hot rods, this event is a celebration of automotive history, style, and innovation. Plus, we’ll have a street fair with amazing local vendors and unique finds — the perfect chance to shop, mingle, and enjoy the day with our residents, families, and community.

🏐 Chair Volleyball Fun with Pool Noodles! 🎉

Today was an absolute blast here at The Oaks at Acworth!
Our residents brought their A-game for a lively round of chair volleyball — with pool noodles! 💪😄

Laughter echoed through the room as everyone got in on the action —
you can even spot our Executive Director joining in on the fun! 🩵

A huge thank you to Daniel Brown with Tapestry Hospice for leading this fun-packed activity and filling our afternoon with so much joy! 🌟

And of course, no day would be complete without wishing Miss Anita a heartfelt HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🎂
She turned 18 today… (at least if you’re dyslexic — but shhh, no one’s telling her secrets! 😉💖)

🎲✨ Casino Night was a HIT! ✨🎲

Our residents couldn’t stop giggling and being giddy all evening long — the smiles said it all! From the games to the prizes, the night was filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
