I shared this with my most recent Sunday Spine email, and I want to share it here too. ✨✨✨

As we closed out 2025, I announced that I’ve been invited to join the Spinal Flow® teaching team as a facilitator with the organization in 2026. 🎉🎉

This feels deeply meaningful. Spinal Flow® has been foundational in my own healing and in the way I support my clients. I mean, not just as a modality, but as a way of understanding the nervous system, the spine, and how the body holds experience. Stepping into this role feels like a natural next chapter of work I’ve been living and evolving for a long time.

I’m so grateful to everyone who has trusted me with their healing, their stories, and their nervous systems. For hanging tight through my evolution and transforming business. You’ve shaped me as much as any training ever could.

Here’s to 2026, my year of ✨rooted expansion✨ Cheers to grounded growth, nervous system wisdom, and moving forward with more ease. 🙌🏽

I was on a call yesterday where I was asked what my coaching style was like (she was interested in one of my newer Sole to Soul offers).

We had a such great conversation about what support could look like for her. Afterward, I found myself wondering what my clients would say if I asked them.

So I did. Here’s what’s come back:

“You take the spaghetti I throw at you, and line it all up.” 🍝😄

“You say things in a way I understand.” 😌

“I feel like you know exactly what I need, when to push me and when to back off.” 🤗

And one of my favs: “You help me look forward instead of getting stuck in the past. I always feel like I have a new lease on life and a new outlook when we finish working together!” 🤩

Somehow, my last spinal flow client just now could both “finally feel steady with both feet on the ground” and also “floating” as she walked out the door. 😅 which is it, my friend? 😂 I have the best job in the world 😍

When your client has massive breakthroughs (sleeping again and no pain) and now wants to bring her whole family. 🥰

When another client is sad they have vacation because that means missing sessions 🥹 (take me with you!)

When yet another client who has seen so many other providers and hasn’t had the relief nor the thorough explanation of her experience until these first few visits with me. 💟

These are the moments that keep me going. I’m fortunate to live moments like this every day, and every interaction. I’m honored to be the calm in the chaos of the body and beyond.
