Lately I’ve been reflecting on how much motherhood has stretched me in ways I never expected. Even with all my training and years of helping other families, navigating my own babies’ weight-gain challenges reminded me how humbling and emotional this journey can be.
And still feeling fairly new here with a newborn has added another layer. It’s easy to feel disconnected—like I’m still finding my place, still figuring out where my people are, still hoping to build roots in a community I already care so deeply about.
I became a chiropractor to support moms and babies because I know firsthand how overwhelming those early days can feel. I have skills I truly want to share, and a heart for helping, but in some moments I’ve felt unsure of where I fit or how to connect with this spread out community.
So this is me reaching out a little—simply saying hi, and letting you know I’m here. If you’re a mom, if you’re a birth worker, or if you’re someone who believes in supporting families… I’d love to get to know you.
We’re all just doing our best to find our people and make a difference. I’m looking forward to finding mine here. 💛
