Finally, a source of fresh seafood right down the street from us! This red snapper was delicious!!!

Seasoned simply with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, oregano, and fresh lemon slices.

The key for juicy baked seafood is to create a crust with the seasonings that will lock in the juices of the meat.

Throw some butter tabs on the pan and fish for flavor and more juice.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.

Let rest for 3-5 minutes.

Squeeze some more lemon and drizzle all the butter from the pan on top.
