**UPDATE**

At approximately 11:15am, the missing juvenile was safely located.

PUBLIC INFORMATION RELEASE/MISSING PERSON

On April 16, 2026, at approximately 7:50 p.m., officers with the Acworth Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Robinson Street in reference to a missing juvenile. Officers were notified that Tyrion Emery 13 YOA left his residence after a disagreement with parents and was last seen walking south on Robinson Street.

Missing Person:
Tyrion Emery 13 YOA W/M
Height: 5’06 / Weight 130
Last seen wearing a grey hoodie and red / white Buc-cee pajama pants.
Last known area: Robinson Street

This is an active investigation, and officers are currently on scene canvassing the area. Anyone with information please contact the Acworth Police Department.
