We will never forget the tragedy that struck that Tuesday morning! We will never forget the 2,996 people/souls that lost their lives or the neighbors, families, friends and loved ones that lost a part of themselves and the heartbreak that day! We will also never forget the love we all shared for one another, and everyone coming together in unity! Georgia Integrated Health Center is pleased to announce that we are currently accepting applications for a Patient Care Coordinator Assistant/ Chiropractic Assistant. We are providing interested individuals with an opportunity to join our dynamic health and wellness practice in Acworth, GA, we will be hosting walk-in hiring events on Monday June 12th through Thursday, June 15th from 9:00am - 5:00pm . Some applicants will have the chance to participate in on-the-spot interviews.

We are seeking outstanding candidates who excel at multitasking and thrive in fast-paced customer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy.

· Efficiently check-in and check-out patients, ensuring accurate documentation of their visit.

· Perform data entry tasks in the Medisoft system to update patient records and maintain accurate information.

· Schedule appointments for patients, coordinating with providers to ensure optimal appointment availability.

· Collect patient payments and manage outstanding balances on patient accounts.

· Maintain a clean and organized office space, creating a pleasant and professional environment.

· Assist in taking a patient's medical history, adhering to privacy policies, and maintaining confidentiality.

· Assist with billing tasks related to the practice, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

· Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

· Collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering a positive team environment and contributing to a cohesive workflow.

· Fulfill any other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the practice.

· Print lab reports and relevant documents accurately and promptly.

· Ensure proper organization and categorization of printed materials for easy retrieval.
