Hilltop Healthcare was previously known as Valley View Home Health. We are a local home health agency that services 6 surrounding counties. We provide skilled nursing intervention, patient and family teaching on disease processes and establish an in-home rapport with all associated physicians. We have an amazing team of highly skilled and knowledgeable nursing staff who work together to provide you or your loved ones with the best of care. We provide bathing services with our CHHA( Certified Home Health Aide) and offer Physical and Occupational Therapy in your home.
