Good afternoon all,
It was once said by Reverend Billy Graham, “Rather than appreciating kindness and hard work from the people whom provide a service to you, you insted have an attitude of expectation”.
We had no power to operate on Tuesday and some of us had family members who took on damage to their homes and vehicles and lost some things.
Most of our clients were more than understanding and compassionate. There were others who were not. This had made me really think about what Rev. Graham stated. So here are a few new things that will take place and be strictly enforced. Like each and every one of you, our time is also valuable.
***Our families come first NO MATTER WHAT.
***You sign an intake form when you come in that states if you are a no call no show three times you will be terminated. This will be enforced this year.
***You will need to pay for your service before you leave or you WILL NOT be rebooked.
***If you miss an appointment and do not give 24 hour notice you WILL be charged for that appointment before you are able to be seen again. We understand emergencies happen and are very understanding of this.
***Gift Certificates will ONLY be honored for up to 1 year and no more.
As a service provider we depend on the money that comes in on a daily basis. If you don’t show up and we don’t know or don’t have enough time to fill that appointment slot then we have just lost that money. We do not get paid hourly wages or even a salary we get paid per appointment.
This is not us being ugly or even calling anyone out this is us trying to run our businesses and supporting our families and we do this by enforcing our policies and setting strict boundries. If you have a problem with this or don’t think we are a good fit for you then please reach out to your therapist and we will help refer you out to someone that may be more fitting of your needs.
As always we are grateful to each and every client whom we have the pleasure to serve and hope to continue on this journey with you all.
