I am considering adding per-visit, cash-pay Primary Care Services and would love to gauge the interest in the community.

This model may be ideal for those with high-deductible plans, no insurance, self-employed individuals, or anyone seeking straightforward, relationship-based care without insurance restrictions.

The plan:

• One dedicated evening per week for in-person visits, with occasional Saturdays to start (while I continue working my full-time position)
• Hybrid model offering in-person visits plus telehealth visits available (telehealth offered additional days through the week)
• Transparent, per-visit pricing
• No insurance billing — a superbill will be provided for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement or application toward your deductible
• HSA/FSA payments accepted

💠 Please note: Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries cannot be seen under this cash-pay model due to federal regulations.
