Wonderful Wednesday!
Started the day with heavy rain and three pieces of fabric. A little cutting, some sewing, a tiny bit of pressing and I have the start to a Buffalo Check Baby Quilt!
The rain has stopped for now so Chambray and I are headed out for a walk and then a nap!

Yesterday was one of those days that are hard to get through…
Tired before I even began ( not such an unusual thing lately), exhaustion set in early. Pushing through was hard but I stayed until 2pm and then napped.
Later I took Everly to the park and ended up calling Ed to come get us. Exhaustion hit hard and quickly.

Today is better and I am working steadily and without too much strain.

Come see us tomorrow as I am sure I will be stronger and more energetic!❤️

The answer is somewhat a “YES”!
Recovery is harder than I thought it would be!
I am doing my best to work Tuesday through Friday 10 to 2. I know that isn’t a lot of hours but it’s all I can consistently handle. Today, I came in at 8:45 and started working. It’s 2:20 now and I am ready to crawl into bed.

Because it is Saturday and I could…
I played with scraps for a couple of hours. Just randomly sewing odd pieces of fabric together to create “blocks” of fabric is so much more relaxing than I thought it would be😳. Eventually I’ll have to decide size and layout but for now, I’ll have fun!🥰🤪😊
