The ADA only office is proud to share we are moving to a new bigger building. Phone lines will be up during this transition and they will remain the same number.

We are moving to 709 West Main Street, Ada, OK 74820.

We are NOT leaving town just upgrading buildings.

The office will be in transition from February 9 till March 1st. So this means we won’t have ADA appointments during this time.

Good news is Shawnee office will remain open if you need a appointment during this time call 580-332-7275 and we can see you in Shawnee during the transition.

Thanks for your understanding during this transition, we are excited for you to see our new office.
