It is that time of year already! Schedule your sports physical so you can ✅that off your list and enjoy the rest of summer! Typically needed for athletes going into 7th and 10th grade. Make sure to bring your $30 payment and the 25-26 Sports Physical form with you. Please complete top & bottom of page 1 and all of page 2 before your appointment. We are excited to announce we are sponsoring William Kirkpatrick and Addison Haarstad in this year’s Adams Dairy Days prince and princess contest!

All proceeds go to the Town and Country Pool in Adams! If our bucket collects the most donations, these two will be crowned prince and princess and get to ride in the Dairy Days Parade on June 7th! The contest ends at noon on Friday June 6th. Let’s help this great cause and these two littles!🤴👸
