Stress has a direct effect on how we digest our food. Eating quickly, on the go, or at the desk can lead to bloating, fatigue, and other GI symptoms. Here are 3 ways to combat the stress when eating:
1- take 5 deep breaths before starting your meal
2- sit down (away from a computer) to really focus on your food
3- chew each bite 20 times
