Yoga retreats by Ricky Tran and friends

10/15/2025

A little clip of tonight’s class. Ricky’s demonstrating some advance vinyasa to inspire and entertain. We work hard. We have fun. We find health and healing. We breathe. We meditate. We grow. We transform!

Join us every Tuesday and Saturday through the end of October.

Also join us for practitioner/teacher training through with our founder beginning January 2026. We meet one weekend each month through October in Richardson at Springhill Retreat Center. It’s not for everyone. It’s for anyone who can use more health, happiness and Self-knowledge. There’s so much more to say about Ricky’s trainings. Let’s hear it from one of his students:

May 14, 2019

I’ve been practicing for over 10 years I’ve meet lots of yogis in my journey. Ricky’s passion and sweet soul is evident from the first moment I met him. In the first few minutes I spent with him, he was able to identify simple adjustments to my practice that did and will continue to transform my physical practice.

I’ve graduated from two well-known 200 hour teacher training programs and while I’m aware of the spiritual and meditative side of yoga, it’s not something I’ve felt like I understood. For me, it’s the harder side of the practice as it’s more than just putting your body into a pose but how you take the piece of the practice deeper and off the mat. I know that any conversation with him, I’ll walk away with a
deeper knowledge of yoga. If that weren’t enough, Ricky and I spent time working on the energetic locks, the bandhas. Ricky helped me to understand the bandhas clearly as this is something I’ve struggled with for years.

As a yoga teacher myself, I strive to continue to learn and deepen my practice. After meeting and spending time with Ricky, I felt like I gained additional clarity that will set me on a path to a clearer understanding of the entire yoga practice. I look forward to continuing to practice with Ricky and to soak up as much knowledge as
I can.

🌞 July 23 Recap 🌞
About 50 beautiful souls gathered for another amazing outdoor yoga session — this one generously sponsored by Asian Fusion in Addison 🙏🍜

We dove deep into yogic wisdom and explored the two essential qualities of a yoga posture:
Sthira (steadiness) and Sukha (ease).
When these qualities are present, the posture becomes a gateway to meditation and transformation.

🙏 Huge thank you to our volunteers — your support makes these gatherings flow with grace.
🍽 And dinner was again amazing! Getting to know this community through yoga and food is truly the best part.

Big love to everyone who showed up, stayed present, and shared your light. 💛
And deep gratitude to Hawkers for fueling our post-practice joy!
