About 50 beautiful souls gathered for another amazing outdoor yoga session — this one generously sponsored by Asian Fusion in Addison 🙏🍜

We dove deep into yogic wisdom and explored the two essential qualities of a yoga posture:
Sthira (steadiness) and Sukha (ease).
When these qualities are present, the posture becomes a gateway to meditation and transformation.

🍽 And dinner was again amazing! Getting to know this community through yoga and food is truly the best part.

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the Self.” – Bhagavad Gita

Today’s practice was rich with intention and movement. We broke down Downward Dog, flowed through 3 types of Sun Salutations, explored foundational poses, and prepped for Crow + Forearm Balance. Core work 🔥, breathwork to calm the mind 🧘, and a sweet closing relaxation.

Overnight success doesn't happen overnight!

There's a tipping point with steady and sincere effort.

Small steps lead to big shifts.

What helps me is having measurable results/changes, but don't get caught up in the details. Enjoy the process; the joy is in the journey!

Change: The first 2 weeks is the hardest. After a few months, it becomes second nature.

It's official Total Eclipse of the Park is less than 20 days away! Have you made your plans to join us on Monday, April 8?

Stargazers of all levels are invited to bring your blankets, lawn chairs, and coolers to Addison Cirlce Park to catch this phenomenon up close. It is a full day of activities including:

- A Supernova Yoga Session hosted by Addison Circle Yoga
- Live music powered by Extended PLAY
- Delicious food trucks to keep you fueled up all day long
- Fun yard games at the Addison Activity Trailer
- Bring the kiddos to see some tiny robots code the eclipse with Girlstart!

Everything kicks off at 10am, and we are keeping the party going until 4pm! Be sure to be there for totality by 1:30 pm.
