Medical insurance recognizes TAP as a clinically proven, effective treatment option for patients with obstructive sleep apnea.

From trendy hacks like mouth taping to sleepy girl mocktails, millions are sharing hacks to maximize their sleep. 
 
A few sleep tips we recommend: 
☀️ Get outside first thing in the morning. Natural sunlight exposure resets your circadian rhythm.
🏃 Exercise early in the day
🛌  Regulate room temperature
☕  No caffeine after 3pm
