In our training system, we emphasize foundational rotational abilities - to ensure the athlete is strong enough to handle the force at which they rotate, but also the volume of powerful rotation that is being demanded of athletes of all ages.

Want to Push Harder on the Field? Learn to Pull Heavier in the Weight Room. | Top 5️⃣ Tips for Maximal Strength Development.

Rule Number 1️⃣: Build the Base. We call it your “Structural Balance” Phase. You can’t fire a canon from a canoe.

Rule Number 2️⃣: Don’t skip Meals. If you want to be a runway model, stop reading this post. If you want to Be a Better, Faster, Stronger Athlete, understand that being in a Caloric Deficit is keeping you Injured and Tired, and Stopping you from Reaching your Goals.

Rule Number 3️⃣: Technique in the Weight Room is the exact same thing as Skills Training on the Field. You only get better when you practice the Good Habits.

Rule Number 4️⃣: Master your Tempo. Time Under Tension is an extremely valuable tool. Play the long game and don’t skip the line.

Rule Number 5️⃣: Never. And I mean Never: Skip Leg Day. Squats and Deadlifts are Fundamental for Total Body Power and Total Body Development. Transfer to Speed starts with this simple understanding.
