The Adel Police Department, in partnership with Blue Kindness, was honored today to donate $1,000 worth of items to Adel’s Good Samaritan Food Pantry. Executive Director, Brandie Wilson and Vice President, Trish Radke received the goods, which were even more needed than usual due to delayed goverment SNAP funding. It was uplifting to see these two organizations work together to serve our community! Trish and Brandie work very hard to help those they support. The APD is likewise engaged in their mission to Serve & Protect. Chief Wade Book and these officers delivered the items purchased at Adel’s Fareway with funding through Blue Kindness. We encourage all citizens to please donate appropriate items to the pantry to the extent they can.
Thank you!!
