Seven years of healing, hustling, praying, laughing, and watching God do His thing in this little space of mine.

I’m genuinely blown away by how this place has grown and how many lives have walked through these doors and left a little lighter. Thank you for trusting us with your pain, your stories, and your healing.

To the staff and therapists who have poured their hearts into every patient—you’re the backbone of this place, and I couldn’t do it without you.

And to my family… thank you for showing up, cheering loud, and believing in this dream even on the days I doubted it.

Here’s to 7 years down and a whole lot more to come.

Over the past week, Amber sustained a mild-to-moderate concussion and is recovering well. Yesterday, she and her family also experienced the unexpected loss of a loved one. If your appointment has been cancelled and we haven’t yet reached out to reschedule, please bear with us as we take time to heal — both physically and emotionally.

Most bodyworkers will tell you it’s not the physical pain that lingers, but the emotional and mental weight of the stories we hold space for. Some days are just heavy—and today is one of those days.

We remember the lives lost twenty-four years ago.
We grieve the life lost yesterday.
We feel the sorrow, the ache, the weight of it all.

And yet—there is hope. If you know Jesus, you know that even in the midst of hurt, peace and comfort can be found. And if you don’t yet know Him—He longs to meet you right where you are.
