This is how I get people strong enough to be able to do a handstand. It takes a lot of arm and shoulder strength as well...

This is how I get people strong enough to be able to do a handstand. It takes a lot of arm and shoulder strength as well as core.

You can do it this way or you could use an exercise ball and then slide up the ball with your thighs until you get up to your ankles so that you’re making that pike … let me know how it goes and if you need a one on one. I’m able to do that as well.
