Did you know that eating disorders affect an estimated 1 million Canadians ? You cannot tell if someone has an eating disorder based on how they look; eating disorders come in all shapes and sizes.

It’s critically important to spread awareness of this mental health issue through education, correcting myths or stereotypes, and cultivating space for safe and open minded conversations.
