We operate a critical access hospital in Afton and specialty clinics in surrounding communities. Our specialty care includes audiology, cardiology, dermatology, gynecology, obstetrics, oncology, orthopedics, and urology. In addition to our hospital and clinics we operate our Senior Care Center in Afton and provide EMS support throughout the region. We have been named a top 20 critical access hospital by the National Rural Health Association.

Through our partnership with Eagle Telemedicine, you can now meet virtually with rheumatologists Dr. Maryah Mansoor and Dr. Tara Mehrani from a Star Valley Health clinic! Telerheumatology is available at our Afton, Alpine, and Bridger Valley facilities. During each session you’ll connect with Dr. Mansoor or Dr. Mehrani on a video call, while a SVH nurse assists with the exam. Dr. Mansoor and Dr. Mehrani specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis (RA), lupus, and vasculitis.
