We operate a critical access hospital in Afton and specialty clinics in surrounding communities. Our specialty care includes audiology, cardiology, dermatology, gynecology, obstetrics, oncology, orthopedics, and urology. In addition to our hospital and clinics we operate our Senior Care Center in Afton and provide EMS support throughout the region. We have been named a top 20 critical access hospital by the National Rural Health Association.

This free course covers lifesaving skills like wound packing and tourniquet use and includes non-certified, hands-only CPR instruction. Sometimes you need a little more time to heal. Don Snyder is back home after spending nearly two months in our post-acute rehabilitation program – also known as a swing bed program. Don recovered at Star Valley Health after a serious fall and surgery. “Everyone was just so kind,” says Don. “They were all so focused on helping.
