Young Shiitake is excited to announce that we will be setting up at the Beaver Dam Farm Sunflower festival and vendor show in September. Mark your calendars and come see us! We'll have plenty of fresh and dried shiitake, mushroom seasoning powders, and DIY pre-inoculated shiitake mushroom logs for you to grow your own fresh mushrooms, at home!
