🍯 Honey Peach White Cheddar Grilled Cheese 🍑

Ingredients:
- 8 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough, ciabatta, or whole wheat work well)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2-3 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- 8 oz white cheddar cheese, thinly sliced or shredded
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Bread:
- Lay out the slices of bread on a clean surface.
- Spread one side of each slice with the softened butter.

2. Assemble the Sandwiches:
- On the unbuttered side of half of the bread slices, layer the thinly sliced peaches.
- Drizzle the honey over the peach slices.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Layer the white cheddar cheese over the peaches.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up, to form sandwiches.

3. Cook the Sandwiches:
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Place the assembled sandwiches in the skillet, buttered side down.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully flip the sandwiches and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

4. Serve:
- Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and let them cool slightly before cutting in half.
- Serve warm and enjoy! See less
