Reactive balance training in action 👣

Watch as Neil works on his ability to recover when he’s outside his center of gravity—because real life doesn’t always keep you steady. The goal? Catch yourself before a fall happens.

For safety, Neil is wearing a gait belt as a precaution while we challenge his balance.

Building confidence, stability, and resilience—one step at a time. 💪🏼

Shoulder pain isn’t always a shoulder problem—it often starts with the scapula.

Your shoulder blade is the foundation for every overhead movement. Without proper stability, everything above it has to compensate.

This exercise targets scapular stabilization while adding weight-bearing and proprioceptive training to improve control, awareness, and overall shoulder function.

Build the foundation. Move with confidence through working with us at Aspen PT. 🍁
