Meet Delaney Schrager, a High School senior softball player at Longmeadow higschool. Shoulder pain was preventing her from being able to play through a full game or even practice. A recipe of rest, progressive rotator cuff strengthening, some minor tweaks in throwing mechanics, and a gradual return back to throwing got Delaney right back where she left off.
The exercises shown are continuing to progress her strength and stability in the ranges needed while throwing. Delaney has also recently announced her commitment to continue playing softball for the University of Rochester next year. Congrats Delaney!

From surgery table to the stadium at Georgetown - this athlete turned adversity into fuel. Watching him attack every rep, every setback, every milestone with focus and strength was nothing short of inspiring. The road back from an ACL tear isn’t easy, but he made it possible. Mattias took his rehab seriously and it has paid off! Welcome back to the field, and we all wish you great luck at Georgetown University! 🏈💪🏾

The answer is no! The Direct Access law in Massachusetts and Connecticut allows patients to see the physical therapy clinic of their choice. In most cases, you do not need a referral from a physician to be treated. ⁠
