My name is Emely Chenard. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in MA!

I have a certification in Perinatal Mental Health, which is my area of focus in my practice. I work with women who are in the perinatal stage of their life; trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, infertility & loss.

My interest in this particular niche comes from my own experiences with miscarriages, going through a pregnancy after losses and now being postpartum. I know first hand what those struggles feel like and how it can feel super isolating even when you have people around you.

My goal is to not let you feel alone, to empower you as a woman and to blossom your new roots into motherhood.

when i first started in the field in 2017 at brightside, I heard about Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for the first time. I knew it was something I wanted to be trained in eventually.

5 years later, here I am!! & to make it more special - I am being trained by my mentor in the field and with my old coworkers! what a full circle moment for me 🤗

always taking my career to the next step; thankful for my supporters that help make my dreams come true every day🤍

today i signed my first ever office lease for my VERY OWN therapy office!!! 🤩

my 8 year old self is crying with joy that her dreams came true🥰

also meet my business partner/therapist/bff, marybeth! she’s joining me on this next adventure!

the business location we chose has an amazing culture, is supportive & has unlimited starbucks coffee grounds (that’s a WIN for us)
