Back to School Skin Tips!

1.) Stick to a routine
2.) Avoid sharing makeup, hats, etc. to prevent bacteria and acne flare-ups.
3.) Sunscreen is a MUST even in the fall.
4.) Eat healthy snacks like fruits and veggies
5.) Prioritize rest
6.) See a Dermatologist if skin conditions persist, professional treatments can help
